Thank you very much for your diligent work and quality workmanship in preparing a plaque celebrating my wife and my 5th anniversary. As you know, wood is the traditional gift for the fifth anniversary, and I was having a hard time finding something that captured and preserved the emotion of the moment and this first of many milestones of marital success.

As anyone who has owned a pet for a long time knows, they become like a child of yours. Our furry family member passed away and it was very hard on my entire family. She was 3 weeks shy of being 16 years old. We had her cremated and reclaimed her remains. My daughters and I were very close to her and wanted something nice to remember her by.

We found the photo, poem and other little rememberances to place in wooden memory boxes. Something was missing. We needed a name plate with her birth and death date on it to validate her life. I did not know where to turn so went on line and found Marvin at M & K Engraving.
